The Jm Marvel Hotel & Spa was a fantastic experience! Our Deluxe Double or Twin Room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated, with comfortable beds that made every night restful. The breakfast was delicious with a range of options, and the hotel staff, especially Thom, were incredibly helpful with recommendations for local attractions and tours. Their kindness made our trip even more special.

Water temperature fluctuates during showers!!! Soundproofing could use improvement since corridor noise is quite audible. Having the swimming pool a five-minute walk away isn’t ideal either!!!

This place was a prime choice for a short-term stay in Hanoi with value for price. The air conditioning worked well even on hot days. Bring your own toiletries if you're picky about hair care.

I absolutely loved the hospitality of the staff here! They were genuinely caring and attentive throughout the stay. The only drawback was the junior room size. it felt a bit cramped for my liking. 😊

The homemade yogurt at breakfast was delightful, adding a personal touch to the diverse menu. Despite a late arrival and initial jetlag, the soundproof room with a window was a welcome retreat from street noise.

Street noise creeps in at times, especially from the busy intersection outside the room, which might bother light sleepers. Additionally, the shower door didn’t close properly, leading to a bit of water spillage on the bathroom floor—an annoyance, but nothing a towel couldn't handle.

The staff made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. They greeted us warmly and were always available to offer assistance. The location in the Old Quarter couldn’t be better. everything is within walking distance. The room had a cozy vibe, but it felt a bit cramped for our family of four. We opted for an extra room, which worked out nicely. Breakfast each morning was delicious, with a great variety that included some of the best pho I’ve tasted. The spa treatments were heavenly, a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. One annoyance was the limited space for breakfast seating during peak hours. Despite that, cleanliness was top-notch, and I appreciated the modern amenities like free Wi-Fi and a mini-bar. Would definitely come back for another stay.

I had a terrible experience with the spa. It felt rushed and lacking professionalism, which was shocking given the hotel’s standards. Additionally, the noise from the busy street made it difficult to relax in my room, which was frustrating.
